FULL-SERVICE REPRESENTATION

If you would like us to handle the sale of your home as a traditional real estate company would, we can do that too - only at a flat fee that is fair for everyone! Your home is probably the largest asset you have; take peace of mind that a real estate professional will be handling the most important aspects of the transaction and will be working for YOU the entire way.

Whether you have $100,000 home or a $700,000 home, you deserve quality representation. Why should you pay a percentage for the same service? For an additional $2000 flat fee (paid at closing when your home sells) we will:

  1. Fully represent you throughout the entire transaction.
  2. Receive and carefully review all offers and paperwork with you.
  3. Negotiate to get you the best price and terms on an acceptable offer.
  4. Hold buyer's earnest money deposit in a designated trust account.
  5. Coordinate inspections and appraisals, and handle repair negotiations.
  6. Work with cooperating agent or buyer to set up the attorney closing date and time.
  7. Verify buyers provide information to attorney, lender, and other related parties.
  8. Follow up regularly with buyer's agent to ensure on-time loan package.
  9. Review the HUD-1/Settlement Statement prior to closing.
  10. Attend closing and be sure everything is in place for a smooth transaction.
